25 Simple Steps to Prevent Alzheimer's
Alzheimer's strikes fear in all of us. The thought of losing your mind as you grow older is terrifying and made worse by the fact that, before now, there appeared to be little we could do to slow down or avoid Alzheimer's, the most common form of dementia.
However research has found a lot of factors that raise or diminish the risk of Alzheimer's disease. Following these tips, you could slash your chances of developing the disease:
1. Check out your ankle
Low blood flow in your foot is a clue to trouble in your brain and a simple test can reveal its cognitive state and your likelihood of stroke and dementia. The theory is blood vessel health is similar throughout the body. The degree of clogged arteries and blood flow in the feet can suggest atherosclerosis in cerebral blood vessels. Ask your doctor for an ankle-brachial index (ABI) test which involves an ultrasound device and a blood pressure cuff that compares blood pressure in your ankle with that in your arm. To remedy any impairment of blood flow your GP may advise stepped-up exercise or a change in diet/medication.
2. Anti-oxidant-rich foods
Certain foods infuse your brain with antioxidants that can slow memory decline and help prevent Alzheimer's. All fruit and vegetables are good but top of the list are black raspberries, elderberries, raisins and blueberries.
3. Beware of bad fats
The type of fat you eat changes your brain's functioning for better or worse. Stay away from saturated fats which strangle brain cells causing them to become inefficient. Buy low fat or fat-free dairy products including milk, cheese and ice cream. Cut down on deep-fried foods.
4. Grow a bigger brain
Your brain starts to shrink when you reach 30 or 40 so it takes longer to learn. However scientists now believe you can increase the size of your brain through the act of learning. Try studying, learning new things or broadening your circle of friends for stimulation.
5. Chocolate Treat
Cocoa, the main ingredient in chocolate, has sky-high concentrations of antioxidants called flavanols, which possess strong heart and brain-protecting properties. Drinking cocoa increases blood flow to the brain. Cocoa powder has twice as many flavanols as dark chocolate which has twice a many as milk chocolate. White chocolate has zero.
6. The oestrogen evidence
Sixty eight per cent of Alzheimer's patients are women, possibly as midway through life they lose the protection of the hormone oestrogen which boosts memory. Unless your GP says otherwise, start taking oestrogen immediately at the time of menopause - starting any later risks dementia and strokes.
7. Raise good cholesterol
It's well known that having high good-type HDL blood cholesterol protects you from heart disease. But it can also save your brain. Researchers claim it blocks sticky stuff that destroys brain cells and acts as an anti-inflammatory to lessen brain damage. Ways to ramp up good cholesterol include exercise, drinking moderate amounts of alcohol and losing weight.
8. Google something
Doing an internet search can stimulate ageing brains even more than reading a book.
And MRI scans show that savvy surfers have twice as many sparks of brain activity as novices. Go online to search for information, things to buy or games to play. Although it's not known how much it will benefit your brain, it's better than passive pursuits.
9. The ApoE4 gene
One in four of you reading this has a specific genetic time bomb that makes you three to 10 times more susceptible to developing late-onset Alzheimer's. The gene is called apolipoprotein E4. If you inherit a single variant of ApoE4 from one parent, your Alzheimer's risk triples. If you inherit a double dose from both parents, your risk rises by 10 times. Ask your doctor about a DNA test to reveal your ApoE4 genotype.
10. Say yes to coffee
Coffee is emerging as a tonic for the ageing brain. It is anti-inflammatory, helps block the ill effects of cholesterol in the brain and cuts the risks of stroke, depression and diabetes, all promoters of dementia. It is also high in antioxidants and caffeine which stop neuronal death and lessen diabetes, high blood pressure and strokes that bring on dementia. For most people, a moderate daily intake of coffee, two to four cups, won't hurt and may help.
11. Dangers of underweight
Unexplained weight loss after age 60 or so may be a sign of Alzheimer's. A study showed that women with the disease started losing weight at least 10 years before dementia was diagnosed. Among women of equal weight, those who went on to develop dementia slowly became thinner over three decades and, when diagnosed, weighed an average 12lb less that women who were free of Alzheimer's. Talk to your doctor about unexplained weight loss after 60.
12. Drink wine
A daily glass of wine may help delay dementia. Research says that alcohol is an anti-inflammatory and raises good cholesterol which helps ward off dementia. High antioxidants in red wine give it additional anti-dementia clout. Such antioxidants act as artery relaxants, dilating blood vessels and increasing blood flow which encourages cognitive functioning.
13. Know the early signs
Memory problems are not the first clue. You may notice a decline in depth perception, for example you reach to pick up a glass of water and miss it. Or you misjudge the distance in walking across a street.
Doing a jigsaw puzzle or reading a map may also be confusing. Losing your sense of smell can also be an early clue, as well as asking the same question repeatedly or misplacing belongings in odd places (like putting keys in the fridge). Be aware of memory problems as the earlier the signs are spotted, the more successful lifestyle changes and medications are likely to be.
14. Mediterranean diet
The Mediterranean diet, no matter where you live, can help save your brain from memory deterioration and dementia. Studies consistently find that what the Greeks and Italians eat is truly brain food. Following this diet - rich in green leafy vegetables, fish, fruits, nuts, legumes, olive oil and a little vino - can cut your chances of Alzheimer's by nearly half. Rather than depending on just one food or a few nutrients, it is a rich menu of many complex brain benefactors, including an array of antioxidants, which shield brain cells from oxidative damage.
15. Middle Age Obesity
Your brain cares if you are fat. A study showed obese people had 8% less brain tissue and overweight people had 4% less brain tissue than normal weight people, which according to one scientist hugely increases the risk of Alzheimer's. Moreover, brain shrinkage occurred in areas of the brain targeted by Alzheimer's, and which are critical for planning, long term memory, attention and executive functions, and control of movement.
Tackle signs of rising weight early, when you are young or middle aged. Oddly, being obese after the age of 70 does not raise the risk of Alzheimer's but that doesn't mean you should neglect exercise as it is the best way of stimulating cognitive functioning and may delay the onset of Alzheimer's at any age.
16. Get a good night's sleep
A lack of sleep is toxic to brain cells. Sleep has surprising powers to protect your brain against memory loss and Alzheimer's. It is a wonder drug that helps manipulate levels of the dreaded brain toxin peptide beta-amyloid, a prime instigator of Alzheimer's, which according to one scientist puts you at accelerated risk. Research has also found that sleeping an average of five hours or less a night is linked to large increases in dangerous visceral abdominal fat, which can cause diabetes and obesity that can lead to Alzheimer's. Take naps and seek treatment for sleep disorders.
17. Have a big social circle
Studying the brain of a highly sociable 90-year-old woman who died from Alzheimer's, researchers in Chicago found that having a large social network provided her with strong "cognitive reserve" that enabled her brain to not realise she had Alzheimer's. Why this happens is a mystery but interacting with friends and family seems to make the brain more efficient. It finds alternative routes of communication to bypass broken connections left by Alzheimer's. So see friends and family often and expand your social network. The stronger the brain reserve you build through life, the more likely you are to stave off Alzheimer's symptoms.
18. deal with stress
When you are under stress, your body pours out hormones called corticosteroids, which can save you in a crisis. But persistent stress reactions triggered by everyday events like work frustration, traffic and financial worries can be dangerous. Over time, it can destroy brain cells and suppress the growth of new ones, actually shrinking your brain. Sudden traumatic events like the death of a loved one or a life-changing event like retirement can leave a hangover of severe psychological stress that precedes dementia. Be aware that chronic stress can increase older people's vulnerability to memory decline and dementia. Seek professional advice. Antidepressants, counselling, relaxation techniques and other forms of therapy may head off stress-related memory loss if treated early.
19. Take care of your teeth
Bad gums may poison your brain. People with tooth and gum disease tend to score lower in memory and cognition tests, according to US dental researchers who found that infection responsible for gum disease gives off inflammatory byproducts that travel to areas of the brain involved in memory loss.
Consequently, brushing, flossing and preventing gum disease may help keep your gums and teeth healthy but also your memory sharper. In another study, older people with the most severe gingivitis - inflamed gums - were two to three times more likely to show signs of impaired memory and cognition than those with the least.
20. Get enough Vitamin B12
As you age, blood levels of vitamin B12 go down and the chance of Alzheimer's goes up. Your ability to absorb it from foods diminishes in middle age, setting the stage for brain degeneration years later. Researchers at Oxford University found that a brain running low on B12 actually shrinks and a shortage can lead to brain atrophy by ripping away, myelin, a fatty protective sheath around neurons. It can also trigger inflammation, another destroyer of brain cells. Take 500 to 1000 mcg of vitamin B12 daily after the age of 40. If you or an older family member has unexplained memory loss, fatigue or signs of dementia, be sure to get tested for vitamin B12 deficiency by your GP.
21. Vinegar in everything
There is plenty of evidence that vinegar sinks risk factors that may lead to memory decline, namely high blood sugar, insulin resistance, diabetes and pre-diabetes and weight gain. Researchers in Phoenix, Arizona, have noted in studies of humans and animals that the acidic stuff packs potent glucose-lowering effects. Studies have also found it can curb appetite and food intake, helping prevent weight gain and obesity, which are associated with diabetes, accelerated dementia and memory loss. Pour on the vinegar - add it to salad dressings, eat it by the spoonful, even mix it into a glass of drinking water. Any type of vinegar works.
22. Have your eyes checked
If you preserve good or excellent vision as you age, your chances of developing dementia drop by an astonishing 63%. And if it's poor, just visiting an optician for an eye test and possible treatment at least once in later life cuts your dementia odds by about the same amount. Exactly how vision problems promote dementia is not clear but impaired vision makes it difficult to participate in mental and physical activities such as reading and exercising, as well as social activities, all believed to delay cognitive decline. Be aware that your eyes reflect and influence how your brain is functioning, especially as you age. Don't tolerate poor vision as often it can be corrected.
23. Eat curry
Curry powder contains the yellow-orange spice turmeric, packed with curcumin, a component reported to stall memory decline. One study showed elderly Indians who ate even modest amounts of curry did better in cognitive tests. Curcumin works by blocking the build-up of Alzheimer's-inducing amyloid plaques (deposits found in the brains of sufferers) then nibbles away at existing plaques to slow cognitive decline.
It is recommended to eat two or three curries a week, and make it a yellow curry. Otherwise, sprinkle the spices on your food.
24. diabetes control
Having type 2 diabetes makes you more vulnerable to Alzheimer's. Studies show it may double or triple your risk and the earlier diabetes takes hold, the higher the odds of dementia. Some experts refer to Alzheimer's as "diabetes of the brain". The two disorders have similar causes - obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high fat and high sugar diets, low physical activity as well as high blood sugar. In short, diabetes can deliver a double whammy to the brain, destroying neurons and increasing inflammation. Do everything possible to keep blood sugar levels low and stick to a low-saturated fat diet and regular exercise.
25. Drink more tea
Evidence suggests that tea stalls the cognitive loss that precedes Alzheimer's and that the more tea you drink, the sharper your ageing memory is. Tea's secret is no mystery. The leaves are packed with compounds able to penetrate the blood-brain barrier and block neuronal damage.
One particular green tea antioxidant can block the toxicity of beta-amyloid, which kills brain cells. Make a point of drinking black and green tea. Don't add milk, it can reduce tea's antioxidant activity by 25%.

Sebelum minum ramuan tradisional, rasa sakit pada pinggang selalu mengganggu aktivitasnya. Badan cepat lelah, lesu, dan wajah tampak pucat lusuh. Apalagi jika ingin buang air kecil, "Benar-benar tersiksa. Bisa berjam-jam hanya untuk setetes air seni," paparnya. Saran Ny. Kusnadi untuk minum air rebusan daun sukun itu datang di saat kritis. Waktu itu hasil pemeriksaan intensif di RS Gatot Soebroto awal 1999 memperlihatkan, ginjal kiri pria berusia 70 tahun itu tak berfungsi. Dadang mengetahui penyakitnya setelah kronis. "Sebelumnya saya tidak ada keluhan dengan ginjal," papar pria kelahiran Tasikmalaya itu. Sesekali dia pernah merasakan sakit pinggang. "Namun, saya pikir karena capai kerja saja." Apalagi dia tak merasakan sakit saat buang urine. Toh, Dadang tetap ragu sebab bobot badan turun, dari 80 kg menjadi 60kg. Semula ia dirujuk ke RS Jantung Harapan Kita. Namun, jantungnya dinyatakan sehat. Akhirnya dia datang ke RSPAD Gatot Soebroto untuk pemeriksaan ginjal hingga diketahui mengalami gagal ginjal sebelah kiri.
Empat bulan sembuh
Apa pun penyebab penyakitnya, Dadang boleh bersyukur. Ny. Kusnadi menyarankan ramuan obat tradisional. "Ramuannya sederhana saja. Cukup merebus tiga lembar daun sukun kering, lalu minum airnya," lanjut Dadang menirukan saran Ny. Kusnadi. Namun, tak gampang menemukan daun itu di kota besar seperti Jakarta. Lagi pula daun yang diperlukan tak cukup satu-dua lembar saja karena harus diminum setiap hari. Perburuan dilanjutkan sampai ke Tangerang. Daun itu lalu direbus dan diminum setiap haus. "Pokoknya, sejak saat itu rebusan daun sukun menjadi minuman sehari-hari layaknya air putih saja." Mula-mula reaksinya belum terasa. Sebulan kemudian Dadang merasakan ada perubahan pada kondisi fisiknya. "Badan mulai terasa lebih fit, lebih segar, dan air seni terasa makin lancar." Yang membuatnya makin yakin, keluhan sakit pinggang berkurang. Kesembuhan total dinikmati 4 bulan kemudian. Dr. Pudji Rahardjo yang menangani menyatakan sehat. Meskipun tidak melalui pemeriksaan laboratorium dan peralatan scanning, tetapi dia yakin ginjalnya kini tak bermasalah. "Konsultasi dengan dr. Pudji masih dilakukan 1-2 bulan sekali, sekedar kontrol," jelas Dadang.
Dadang memilih daun yang masih menempel di dahan. "Harus sudah tua," lanjut kakek 3 cucu itu. Ciri-cirinya, daun berwarna hijau tua. Kadar kandungan kimia berkhasiat pada duan tua lebih maksimal. Daun terpilih kemudian dicuci bersih dan dirajang. Hasil rajangan 3 helai dijemur hingga kering lalu digodok dalam 2 liter air sampai tinggal separuh. Setelah itu ditambah lagi seliter air dan direbus sampai mendidih. Kemudian, ramuan diangkat dan disaring. "Air rebusan yang sudah jadi warnanya merah seperti air the dan pahit," lanjut Dadang, "Dosisnya dianjurkan memang seperti itu." Air rebusan hari itu harus dihabiskan hari itu juga. Tidak bisa disisakan untuk esok hari. Dadang menghindarkan pemakaian panci alumunium untuk wadah godokan. Ia memakai panci stainless steel atau panci keramik. Dikhawatirkan alumunium akan termakan kandungan kimia daun sukun. "Paling baik sih sebenarnya pakai periuk tanah." Dadang punya kiat untuk memudahkan pembuatan ramuan yang hanya butuh 3 helai setiap hari. Begitu pasokan datang, daun langsung dirajang dan dipisah-pisahkan setiap 3 helai lalu dijemur dalam kelompok-kelompok tersendiri. Setelah kering, setiap tumpukan rajangan daun dibungkus kantung plastik dan disimpan. Setiap hari, satu bungkus dibuka untuk direbus. Sekarung daun sukun baru habis setelah 1-2 bulan.
Lebih baik lagi bila dipadukan dengan teh pegagan :)

Begitu bangun tidur langsung minum air hangat. Kita sewaktu tidur semalam akan kehilangan cairan kira2 500 cc., harus segera diganti begitu bangun tidur. Dan lagi air hangat dapat meningkatkan suhu badan, setiap kenaikan suhu badan 1) celsius, akan meningkatkan pula basal metabolisme tubuh sebanyak 10%.
Satu minggu paling sedikit harus minum jus sayur atawa jus buah sebanyak 3 kali, ini dapat mengurangi resiko terkena penyakit pikun (dementia) sebanyak 75%.
Setiap hari berjemur sekitar 15 menit, dapat membantu tubuh memproduksi Vit.D, penelitian membuktika Vit.D berkhasiat anti kanker.

Dalam tas kantor kita membawa beberapa butir coklat hitam. Coklat hitam terbukti dapat menambah energi, meningkatkan produktivitas kerja, bermanfaat untuk melawan proses penuaan, indeks gula rendah, membantu mengendalikan gula darah.

Setiap hari berjalan sekitar 30 menit, dapat membantu meningkatkan peredaran darah. Penelitian membuktikan, angka kematian paling tinggi pada orang2 yang hampir tidak pernah berjalan kaki.
晚饭习惯 (Kebiasaan makan malam)
Makan bawang mentah. Kandungan bawang akan unsur belerang dapat mencegahan pengerasan pembuluh darah dan darah tinggi, makan mentah khasiatnya lebih baik, dianjurkan diiris ipis2 sebagai salad.
Setelah pukul 8 - 9 malam tidak makan lagi. Zat lemak dalam tubuh biasanya ditimbun pada waktu pukul 2 tengah malam (dini hari); apabila pada waktu ini perut kita dalam keadaan kosong, tidak akan terjadi penimbunan lemak. Berdasarkan prediksi proses pencernaan, inilah sebabnya kenapa kita setelah pukul 8 - 9 malam tidak makan lagi.

Chicken wings - Its Dangerous
Avoid eating chicken wings frequently - especially ladies, a true story...!
A friend of mine recently had a growth in her womb and she underwent an operation to remove it.
The cyst removed was filled with dark colored blood. She thought that she would recover after the surgery but! She was terribly wrong.
A relapse occurred just a few months later. Distressed, she rushed down to her gynecologist for a consultation.
During her consultation, her doctor asked her a question that puzzled her.
He asked if she was a frequent consumer of chicken wings and she replied yes wondering as to how he knew of her eating habits.
You see, the truth is in this modern day and age; chickens are injected with steroids to accelerate their growth so that the needs of this society can be met.
This need is none other than the need for food.
Chickens that are injected with steroids are usually given the shot at the neck or the wings.
Therefore, it is in these places that the highest concentration of steroids exists.
These steroids have terrifying effects on the body as it accelerates growth.
It has an even more dangerous effect in the presence of female hormones, this leads to women being more prone to the growth of a cyst in the womb.
Therefore, I advise the people out there to watch their diets and to lower their frequency of consuming chicken wings!

Cancer is the biggest cause of death for people under 85 and in the US one in four people die from cancer - one in four.
We have our freedoms removed by the day to 'protect the public from terrorism' when all these people are suffering and dying every year from a disease that the bloodline families and their pharmaceutical cartel systematically refuse to cure.
I highlighted in a newsletter on August 9th how a man called Dr Richard Day, the head of the Rockefeller-controlled eugenics organisation, Planned Parenthood, had addressed a meeting of doctors in Pittsburgh in 1969 about the coming transformation of global society.
He asked the doctors to turn off recording equipment and not to take notes before he detailed a long list of changes that were planned. One doctor did take notes, however, and later talked publicly about what was said.
Now, 40 years later, we can see how extraordinarily accurate Day was and you can read that August newsletter in the archive on the website. The reason I mention him again here is that he told those doctors in 1969:
'We can cure almost every cancer right now. Information is on file in the Rockefeller Institute, if it's ever decided that it should be released.'
Day said that letting people die of cancer would slow down population growth - 'You may as well die of cancer as something else'. These people no soul and that's why they do what they do.
Big Pharma has no desire to cure cancer when it is making vast fortunes from treating the symptoms with devastating drugs and cell-killing, people-killing poisons like chemotherapy. But it is not primarily even about money. The bloodline families want people to suffer and die earlier than necessary as a way of culling the population.
This is why when anyone outside the Big Pharma cabal discovers an effective way of treating cancer they are immediately targeted by the medical establishment and government agencies.
One such case is the Italian doctor, Tullio Simoncini, a brilliant and courageous man who has refused to bow to the enormous pressure he has faced, and continues to face, after he realised what cancer is and how it can be dealt with.
Simoncini's 'crime' has been to discover that cancer is a fungus caused by Candida, a yeast-like organism that lives in the body in small amounts even in healthy people. The immune system keeps it under control normally, but when the Candida morphs into a powerful fungus some serious health problems can follow - including cancer.
My friend, Mike Lambert, at the Shen Clinic near my home on the Isle of Wight, says of Candida:
'Fungus, and Candida in particular, thrive by eating the body of its host (yours) by dissolving it. It also needs your body to breed, as it can't do this on its own. No wonder in Chronic Fatigue conditions, which can in many cases be attributed to Candida colonisation, the sufferer feels so bad both physically and psychologically.'
Tullio Simoncini says that cancer is this Candida fungal infection and that the conventional medical explanation of cancer as a cellular malfunction is plain wrong.
Simoncini is a specialist in oncology (treatment of tumors), diabetes and metabolic disorders, but he is more than that. He is a real doctor who seeks to uncover the truth for the benefit of his patients and refuses to parrot the official version of what doctors should do and think.
He challenges the dogma of 'intellectual conformity' with all its unproven assumptions, lies, manipulation and falsehoods and he has been extremely critical of the medical establishment as it continues to pursue 'treatments' that are useless in curing the global epidemic of cancer.
From the time he entered medicine he realised that something was seriously wrong with the way cancer was treated:
'I see terrible sufferings. I was in a paediatric oncological ward - all the children died. I was suffering when I was looking at the poor, poor children dying with chemo, with radiation.'
His frustration and sorrow at what he was seeing led him to go in search of new ways to understand, and therefore treat, this devastating disease. He began his journey with an open mind and a blank sheet of paper unsullied by any rigid assumptions pedalled and indoctrinated by mainstream 'medicine' and 'science'.
Simoncini realised that all cancers acted the same way no matter where they were in the body or what form they took. There had to be a common denominator. He also observed that the cancer 'lumps' were always white.
What else is white? Candida.
Simoncini realised that what mainstream medicine believed to be cell growth going wild - 'cancerous growth' - is actually the immune system producing cells to defend the body from Candida attack. He says the sequence goes like this:
What allows cancer to manifest, as I have been saying in my books for years, is a weakened immune system. When that is working efficiently it deals with the problem before it gets out of hand. In this case, it keeps the Candida under control.
But look at what has been happening as cancer numbers worldwide have soared and soared. There has been a calculated war on the human immune system that has got more vociferous with every decade.
The immune system is weakened and attacked by food and drink additives, chemical farming, vaccinations, electromagnetic and microwave technology and frequencies, pharmaceutical drugs, the stress of modern 'life', and so much more.
What defences are today's children going to have when they are given 25 vaccinations and combinations of them, before the age of two - while their immune system is still forming for goodness sake?
This is how the Illuminati families are seeking to instigate a mass cull of the population. By dismantling the body's natural defence to disease.
Now, here's the real shocker. What destroys the immune system quicker than anything else?
You can add radiation to that as well. Chemotherapy is a poison designed to kill cells. Er, that's it.
The 'cutting-edge' of mainstream cancer 'treatment' is to poison the victim and hope that you kill the cancer cells before you have killed enough healthy cells to kill the patient.
But wait. This chemotherapy poison also kills the cells of the immune system and leaves it shot to pieces. And the Candida is still there.
This devastated immune system cannot respond effectively to the Candida and it takes over other parts of the body to start the process again, so causing the cancer to spread. Even those who appear to have recovered after surgery and chemotherapy and been given 'the all-clear' are just a ticking clock.
Their immune system is now shattered and it is only a matter of time before the Candida triggers a relapse. In other words:
Chemotherapy is killing the people it is supposed to be curing.
Of course, it can never 'cure' anyone of anything, except life. It is a poison destroying the very system that we need to be healthy and strong if we are to be cured.
When Simoncini realised that cancer is a fungal infection, or infestation, he went in search of something that would kill the fungus and so remove the cancer. He realised that anti-fungal drugs don't work because the fungus quickly mutates to defend itself and then even starts to feed off the drugs that are prescribed to kill it.
Instead, Simoncini found something much, much simpler - sodium bicarbonate. Yes, the main ingredient in good old baking soda (but I stress not the same as baking soda, which has other ingredients).
He used this because it is a powerful destroyer of fungus and, unlike the drugs, the Candida cannot 'adapt' to it. The patient is given sodium bicarbonate orally and through internal means like an endoscope, a long thin tube that doctors use to see inside the body without surgery. This allows the sodium bicarbonate to be placed directly on the cancer - the fungus.
The ancient Egyptians knew about the healing properties of anti-fungal substances and Indian books going back a thousand years actually recommend 'alkaline of strong potency' for treating cancer.
In 1983, Simoncini treated an Italian man, Gennaro Sangermano, who had been given months to live with lung cancer. A few months later he wasn't dead, he was back to health and the cancer was gone.
More success followed and Simoncini presented his findings to the Italian Department of Health in the hope that they would begin scientifically-approved trials to show that it worked. But he was to learn the true scale of medical manipulation and deceit.
He was subjected to a vicious campaign of ridicule and condemnation by the pathetic media and then jailed for three years for causing 'wrongful death' to patients he had treated. From all angles the word was out - get Simoncini.
The medical establishment said that his claims about sodium bicarbonate were 'crazy' and 'dangerous'. One 'leading doctor' even ludicrously referred to sodium bicarbonate as a 'drug'.
All the time millions of people were dying from cancers that could have been treated effectively. These people don't give a shit.
Tullio Simoncini is, thankfully, no quitter and he has continued to circulate his work on the Internet and in public talks. I heard of him through Mike Lambert at the Shen Clinic and Simoncini spoke there while I was away in the United States.
I know that he is having remarkable success in dramatically reducing and removing altogether even some real late stage cancers using sodium bicarbonate. This can take months in some cases, but in others, like breast cancer where the tumour is easily accessible, it can be days before it is no more.

- The chemical fungicide sprays used in modern farming kill fungus artificially and this means the plants and crops do not have to trigger their own defence - salvestrols. You only find them in any amount today in organically grown food.
- The most widely-used fungicides are very powerful blockers of CYP1B1 and so if you eat enough chemically-produced food it wouldn't matter how many salvestrols you consumed they would not be activated into the cancer-destroying agent they are designed to be.
